1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pubg2 website or associated mobile interface ("the Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all other policies and guidelines published on pubg2 from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. pubg2 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time with or without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use pubg2, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to Malaysian users.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or where accessing pubg2 would cause pubg2 to violate any applicable regulation.
• You have not previously been excluded from pubg2 or had an account terminated for misconduct.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of pubg2 or any of its affiliated entities.

pubg2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Malaysian users are reminded that they bear sole responsibility for determining whether their participation in online gambling is lawful under applicable local legislation.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each user may hold only one (1) account on pubg2. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your account details promptly should any information change. pubg2 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for keeping your pubg2 login credentials confidential. You must notify pubg2 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pubg2 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account prior to your notification.

pubg2 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pubg2 supports the following MYR-compatible payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC, USDT, and ETH.

Deposits: All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the banking page at the time of transaction. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. pubg2 does not accept deposits from third parties.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the timelines specified on the banking page. Before any withdrawal is approved, pubg2 may require identity verification documents including a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

Currency: All account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

pubg2 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) checks, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pubg2 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonuses are credited in MYR and applied to your bonus balance. They cannot be withdrawn directly.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a stated number of times before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain live table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• pubg2 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, without prior notice, and to reclaim bonus funds that were credited in error.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in disqualification and account termination.
• pubg2 Login is required to view and claim personalised promotions available to your account tier.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Any bonus and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be removed from the account without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the pubg2 Sportsbook, live casino, slots, blackjack, tennis betting, and other product verticals are subject to the specific rules for that product as published in the relevant section of the Platform.

General betting rules applicable across all products include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. pubg2 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except as expressly provided in specific product rules (e.g., cash-out features where available).
• In the event of a palpable error — including manifest pricing mistakes on the sportsbook — pubg2 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• pubg2 Sportsbook markets are subject to maximum payout limits. These limits are stated on the relevant market page and vary by sport and bet type.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed at the time of placing the wager and may differ by product, event, and account status.
• For live betting markets, acceptance of bets may be delayed or refused at pubg2's discretion, particularly around the time of significant in-play events such as goals, set changes, or penalty decisions.

pubg2 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the betting activity of any account at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pubg2. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or technical glitches. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or during KYC verification.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively affects other users' experience.

pubg2 actively monitors accounts for unusual patterns and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where financial crimes or fraud are suspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pubg2 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, and code — is the exclusive property of pubg2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use pubg2's trademarks, branding, or logos without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of pubg2's intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of your account.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

pubg2 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

pubg2 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. You acknowledge that you provide your data at your own risk.

pubg2 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, regulatory bodies, and fraud prevention agencies as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

10. Responsible Gaming

pubg2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Malaysian users. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.

• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account by third parties.
• Any reliance placed on content or information published on the Platform.

pubg2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by pubg2's gross negligence.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pubg2 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

Malaysian users acknowledge that pubg2 operates under an international gaming licence and that the resolution of disputes may therefore be subject to international rather than Malaysian domestic law. You are solely responsible for seeking independent legal advice if you are uncertain about your rights and obligations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pubg2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pubg2 will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. However, it remains your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.
